Edizioni Zero S.r.l. (“ZERO”) or any other member of the “ZERO Group” (meaning Edizioni Zero S.r.l., ZERO, its subsidiaries, any company or entity to which ZERO or any of its subsidiaries licenses rights or provides services, and/or any other company affiliated with such entities, their parent companies, or subsidiaries) is the organizer of the OPPOSITES UNITED event.

DATA PROTECTION NOTICE

Under these terms, the data controller is the ZERO entity identified above.

By participating in the OPPOSITES UNITED event, you will provide ZERO with certain personal data, including contact details, opinions, event-related personal data, and images.

Please note that during the event, photographs and video recordings will be taken. Such content may include your image and may be used and published on the communication channels of ZERO, KIA, and across all communications related to the OPPOSITES UNITED project.

By registering for the event and ticking the box to accept this Data Protection Notice, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your personal data, including the use of images and audiovisual content, by ZERO.

ZERO processes personal data for the purposes of organizing, administering, and delivering the OPPOSITES UNITED event, as well as handling any post-event activities.

Where you provide ZERO with personal data relating to third parties (such as a guest), you confirm that you have obtained the necessary consent from those individuals for ZERO to process their data.

You may withdraw your consent at any time. Please note that, in such cases, ZERO will no longer be able to process your personal data and, as a result, you will no longer be able to participate in the OPPOSITES UNITED event.

ZERO may share your personal data with third parties acting on its behalf. In such cases, ZERO will require those third parties to implement appropriate measures to protect your personal data.

ZERO may transfer and/or store personal data collected in connection with the OPPOSITES UNITED event outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland. In doing so, ZERO will ensure that such data is adequately protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

ZERO will process your personal data at all times in compliance with applicable data protection legislation.
